Problem: The saved customization reports in OTBI are being deleted for some users. It occurs once a year.

Requirement:

To have an audit or logs for all the transactions done on the customization report to identify what were the process/transactions done why the saved customization was deleted
Add a column on the existing edit saved customization report screen for the updates done on the saved customization (user name, date and time updated)

We want to have the updates be available with BI administrator and consumer
