Security audit logs for the system

I am trying create Bi report that has table and columns that show the detail to who add delete and edit the data such as the user and their email etc.

I was not mean that what I mean the costumer asked me to create report that show all users signed and change anything in the system. and they can download it as PDF to put it in their data cause they want me to create this report then merge it with API and OIC. I hope this make sense.
