We see an option to tag any new "scheduled process" with "submission notes" through the UI. But we are unable to find the relevant option through the REST interface. Currently, this is not supported using API.
This is very useful functionality and oracle should consider offering it.
Yes this would be logically, we use submission notes all the time to easily search for ess jobs without having to scroll and look at the details parameters which are not available as a search parameter in the UI.
