Hi,

We can see a column Count of Profiles in Workforce Profiles – Person Profile Real Time having values 1 and 0. What exactly oracle is considering for giving 0 and 1 for workers. Workers with active profiles is having count of profiles =1 . How we can confirm this in FA side. Please clarify .
