Unable to see user and role tile in Oracle Analytics

I'm a security administrator and upon logging to OAC/ Analytics, I'm not able to see the User and Roles tile. The below youtube link shows how to add the roles to the users, but I'm missing the tile. I'm having the security admin role

@Vijay Ramani VJ - Authorization is completely controlled through SECURITY tab in FAW Console. Please go through the below document which has all the details on how to manage users, groups, roles in FAW.

@Vijay Ramani VJ - Kindly confirm if this is a standalone OAC instance or the OAC instance which comes as part of FAW.

If it's the one with FAW then it's an expected behavior. Please find the documentation below which confirms the same.

Its the OAC that comes with FAW. How do we assign the DV Consumer / DV Content author role?
