Ability to limit Export options

We have a need for being able to limit the Export As options from a Report. We would like to have Export → Formatted → , but not have Export →Data.

I can see other variations of uses for limiting the type of file you would allow, such as PDF only vs. Excel.

It has been accepted as an idea in the idea lab if you want to upvote it. We haven't found a way to work around it in a process sense yet.
