I need Item_Number with Item_Class and Item_Category in my BIP report

I need Item_Number with Item_Class and Item_Category in my BIP report,

How can I join EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B table with EGP_ITEM_CLASSES table and EGP_ITEM_CATEGORIES_TABLE ?
