I'm trying to use the HCM - Talent Profile Subject area to create a dashboard centered around on Performance, Potential, Impact, and Risk. Based on how our security profiles are set up, I need to use this subject area over core. When I combine the Name field from the Performance and Potential bands folder or use the Rating Category from Person Profile > Talent Ratings folders they are incompatible. They won't work together in a table, formula, or nine box. You can use the band names together in the Workforce Core area, so why isn't it working here? In Talent Profile I can only get the variables to work independently but not together in one visualization.
Based on the below table from the core subject area using the bands, I know that high high should return a value and not be zero.
