Service Incidents is standard OOTB option available to raise incidents in SUI which syncs to Right Now B2C Service but this same feature is not available OOTB for Contacts on Redwood.

FYI - This is standard integration which can be set up at "Manage Oracle CX Sales to Oracle B2C Service Integration".

Any idea on how to build the same on Redwood?
