Is there function available for getting day of the week from any date field in RTF template

Hello , I am creating a logic where i need to fetch previous Sunday and Saturday dates from a date column Payment date coming from XML field below. I have a 2024-02-26 column in XML file and I am using this value I need to bring back previous sunday and Saturday dates in RTF templates
