Report that provides notification details for archived transactions

I'd like a report the will provide notifications details for employee actions that have been archived similar to the reports found in the Human Capital Management>Workflow Notifications folder in OTBI. Being able to retrieve notification details for archived transactions in this way will assist with yearly auditing requests and any ad hoc requests.
