I'm currently working on a dashboard in HCM and have encountered a problem that I'm hoping someone here can help me with.
I'm trying to create a dashboard that shows employees with goals and without goals, grouped by their age bands. However, I noticed that the HCM - Goals and Career Development Subject Area doesn't have any bands available. When I attempt to use a band from a different subject area, the data displayed is incorrect and doesn't align properly. The expected data should be around 90% with goals and 10% without goals.
Specifically, I'm using the "Workers with Performance Goals" metric and the "Headcount" metric. For the people without performance goals, I created a custom calculation: Headcount - Workers with Performance Goals.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How can I accurately group employees by age bands in the HCM - Goals and Career Development Subject Area? Any suggestions or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!
