How to get the correct last update date in the "Workforce Health and Safety Incidents" module?

Good morning,
some analysis have been developed on the subject area "Environment Health and Safety - Incidents Real Time" to extract the information in delta to feed the Data Warehouse regarding this module: by extracting the result of the OTBI reports, the porpouse was to get all the data that have been changed in the system in the last two days.
In our case, the OTBI analysis is "DW - Incident Event - Spill": to handle the delta of changes in this analysis is used the "Incident Event Additional Details"."Incident Event Last Update Date" and the concepts are coming from the folder "Spill or Realease" of the SA "Environment Health and Safety - Incidents Real Time".
By analyzing the query we verified that the object "Incident Event Additional Details. "Incident Event Last Update Date" of the SA corresponds in the database to the field LAST_UPDATE_DATE of the table HNS_INCIDENTS_DETAIL.
Doing some check in the system, we realized that this date does not change in case a DFF fild, setup in the attached image, available in the table HNS_SPILL_REL_EVT_DETAIL is modified. In our tests, for example, the Total Mass or Volume Recovered or Total Mass or Volume Spilled or Released fields were changed and we verified that the last update date changes only on the table HNS_SPILL_REL_EVT_DETAIL where the DFF has been changed while the last update date of the table HNS_INCIDENTS_DETAIL doesn't change so that our analysis doesn't fetch these cases.

Is this the correct behavior of the system or is there any anomaly present and should the "Incident Event Additional Details"."Incident Event Last Update Date" for the related incident on the table HNS_INCIDENTS_DETAIL have been updated as well?

Could you please indicate whether it is possibly in the Subject Area to have the last updated date of the items reletated to the "Spill or Release" folder?

Could you describe what is the correct behavior of updating the technical field LAST_UPDATE_DATE on DB and how this occurs in the various tables that make up the Workforce Health and Safety Incidents module?
