Lookup line creation count

I have created a lookup in manage common lookup.

in the lookup i am adding basic details like first name in meaning and last name in description and Tag is having some roles name

Now the ask is in the lookup how much maximum line i can insert. i feel there could be a 100,000 line i need to add.

Can lookup is able to hold that much line in capacity, Please confirm
