Department Name is missing in Run Periodic Payroll Register Report

Before Oracle 24A patch, Run Payroll Register Report was having department information in the XML. But the new seeded Run Periodic Payroll Register Report does not have department information in the Data XML. This information is needed for department wise data validation.
