Bursting and JDBC connection error for publisher

Hello,

Our goal is to enable the bursting option for a publisher data model. We created a table to store bursting parameters in our
Autonomous Database. However, we are having a problem with the setup connection. To connect, we have to create a new data source in the administration section (JDBC connection for publisher). When we are trying to create it, but there is the following error: could not establish connection. IO Error: Connection reset by peer, Authentication lapse 0 ms.

Can anyone know how to solve this problem?

Did you upload the database wallet certificate (cwallet.sso) using the Upload Center link in the Manage BI Publisher administration page?
