Data discrepancy between HCM Oracle UI and OTBI

Hello all,

While developing a report we saw that the data that is stored in HCM Module UI is different from what is displayed in OTBI.

We need to take a gap between this two fields the Proficency Rating and the Required Proficency Level for the employees.

We are using the "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time"."- Competencies"."Proficiency" and the "Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real Time"."- Competencies"."Minimum Proficiency" fields but they don't match with the UI data.
We have always same data in both columns and it doesn't match with the UI data.
