Please let me know, is oracle still selling OBIA 11.1.1.10.3 PS4 license, as i heard from public it was stopped. we are having roadmap to

setup latest OBIA 11.1.1.10.3 version and utilize for next 10 years by 2030. we may have plans to go Fusion ERP from on-prem EBS, so in that case OBIA

11.1.1.10.3 will be useful to have now and later as well?
