How to get Organization Review data from Talent Profile in HCM to Oracle FDI?

Hi,

I am trying to pull the Organization Review data from Talent Profile in HCM to Oracle FDI.

There is a subject area in FDI "HCM - Talent Profile" that brings data of other section from HCM Talent Profile like ' Previous Employment, Career' etc.

So, is there any specific duty, data role required that will give the data for Organization Review from HCM? or is there any subject area in OTBI that i can use to get the data by data augmentation?

Yes, correct. 'Organization Review Data' is a section in Cloud HCM Talent Profile.

Hi @Ruvina Khan This is available for reporting in a new subject area named HCM - Talent Profile Trends. This is part of 24R3 . Should be available end of this month. You can use the All Profile Content folder in this subject area to report on custom sections.

I want to understand that if most of section like degrees, license and certifications etc. are available in the subject area 'HCM - Talent Profile' then what is different in Organization Review section which is present under the same Talent Profile but will be available in a different subject area?

Is there a way to have Organization Review in the 'HCM - Talent Profile' subject area?

Hi @Ruvina Khan As you know, there can be many custom sections that you can create using the seeded content types. We cannot seed all of them, obviously. Hence, we added the 'All Profile Content' folder which can be used to report on all sections across skills & qualifications, and Talent Ratings including custom defined ratings. However, this is in the new sybject area since it provides complete historical details across all profile data. HCM - Talent Profile allows you to report only on latest profile information of the worker. You can start using the new subject area starting from the upcoming release.
