The AR related subject areas to be joined at Cost Distribution Line level

We came across and issue regarding Cross subject area joins where a certain flag 'Billable' flag in subject area PPM - Project Costs is not compatible with the subject area PPM - Project Revenue at Cost Distribution Line level. The issue affects multiple reports as it would not be possible to use the flag with the columns belonging to PPM - Project Revenue. Hence, the subject areas could be joined at a more granular Cost Distribution Line level.
