You can edit it, and write the question again. Keep in mind that in the forum nobody know what you are working on and with, you should describe things, post screenshots, be explicit on product names and versions.

For example, you talk about 2 tables like if everybody is supposed to have those exact 2 tables, it isn't as simple. Do these tables come from a different product? If yes, then you are maybe not even in the right forum. But based on the details you will post, the question can be moved, or you can be given the right link where to ask.

Also "in oracle" is a bit generic: which one of the 200+ products that Oracle has?

Also keep in mind that you can't really expect people to invest 10x more of their time than the time you invested yourself in asking the question: the better your question is, the most targeted the answers are.
