AVG Calculation not calculating as expected in FDI.

Question

I have written the below calculation to calculate Tenure for my workforce and when this is added to a table the calculation populates as expected.

However, when I try to average the calculation, it does not return the expected outcome

Is anyone able to assist with how this may be corrected?

I have also tried using Facts - Workforce Length of Service from Workforce Headcount Facts however, they do populate as expected either.

for such Data issue we can debug by comparing logical and physical sql being generated for this avg calculation with the other calculation which is working and also running those sql in database to review the results as this will help us narrow down the cause :
