Option to make Protected filters; meaning Customer should see filter but should not change it

In multiple situation, we need a protected filter. By this, We can intimate our customers that, this is the option selected but they should not be able to change it. It remains protected but informative.

Example, for created outages, we have to show report only for the customer outage mints but not outage mints at oracle. for this we have to include a dashboard filter. If this is not included, customers have no clue whether it includes oracle side outage mints or not. Each time, its not possible to add descriptive text to explain what we have but adding a filter is self explanatory
