Hi Team,

Working on getting the right utilization figures to FP&A classic BI dashboards & reports on classic home of FDI

Attaching the difference in figure on your left is when we want to display the right utilization numbers inside the FP&A dashboard we created and on your right is a sample report we replicated for the same utilization part, and expectantly we are seeing the right number in our replicated report on your right and the numbers are off by a margin in our main dashboard on the left. formulas for both the sections are one and the same. Why are we facing this kind of mismatch in our original dashboard when compared to the replicated report. Is this a bug or cache issue or a technical problem, please let us know if anyone faced similar kind of problem in the past...

    HI @akhilsaikaza ,

You need to go through the session logs to find out the underlying physical query and its differences between the reports.
So, that you will get an idea on what to change in your reports to get the same data.

You can go through below advisory to understand on how to gather and analyze query logs -

    Hi @RajeshPolavarapu-Oracle ,

    Thanks for your response,

Yes, we did check the session logs and our formula's in this Classic BI report and did the troubleshooting as well. The formulae match perfectly with no discrepancies.

are we missing a prompt in report for percentage figures because we are seeing right price figures in the same report. Please let me know if you have a clue, Thanks for sharing the blog will go through it.
