I need to Employee Signed Date and Manager Signed Date from the position description document

Question

i need a SQL query to fetch the Employee digitally Signed Date and Managers digitally

Signed Date from position description Document which is attached in DOR.

Please let me know if anyone is having idea about the tables related to this or any guidance would be helpful.
