Issue: Category Hierarchy Level Field Data Not Populating

Hello,
I am facing an unusual issue in an OTBI analysis report where I need to display category hierarchies (Level 1, 2, and 3) as per business requirements. Although I am using the standard subject area "Service - CRM Service Requests real time" for the Service Category field to show the hierarchy, the data is not being populated in the report.
We have correctly defined and imported the hierarchy, but the category hierarchy data is still not available in the report.
Could someone assist in identifying the root cause and provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
