Expand the scope of the DFF Mapper FDI Custom Data configuration to include all subject areas

The mapper currently supports a subset of all available subject areas:

We found this when trying to map a DFF form EXM report headers (SR reference: 3-38087989931 : DFF visible in OTBI but not available for FDI)
