Change the Reporting Configuration For Performance Band in FAW Security Console.

Hi,

We need to edit the Reporting Configuration for Performance Bands in the FAW Security Console because our customer's Performance Band configuration contradicts Oracle's definitions. For example, Oracle defines:

2 - Needs Improvement
3 - Meets Expectations
4 - Exceeds Expectations
5 - Outstanding

This setup conflicts with the customer's band configuration. We attempted to reset the parameters for the Performance Rating Band, but the configuration is still not functioning.
