Allow Selection of Multiple Values from an LOV into a single parameter from ESS Job

ESS Job is currently accepting single value from LOV in a parameter. We are looking for a functionality that should allow us to pass multiple values in a single parameter. Currently this can achieved in BIP Report scheduler but in Application ESS Job scheduler job not.
