Description (Required):
Oracle Fusion Engagement Cloud Service - Version 11.13.20.01.0 and later
Implement the ability to retrieve the file size of attachments directly from the Oracle Fusion database.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Add a new field or column in the relevant database tables to store the file size of each attachment. This information should be automatically populated when an attachment is uploaded and should be easily query able.

Enhancement Request / Service Request:
The primary use case for this enhancement is to facilitate data migration planning and execution. When migrating data between systems or upgrading to new versions, it's crucial to know the total size of attachments to:
Determine storage requirements for the target system

Estimate migration time and resources needed

Plan for any potential issues related to file size limits

Optimize the migration process based on attachment sizes

Currently, the size of attachments is not stored in any of the Fusion database tables. This limitation makes it difficult to assess storage requirements and plan for data migration efforts.

This enhancement would greatly assist system administrators, database administrators, and migration specialists in managing Oracle Fusion Engagement Cloud Service more effectively.
