Hi @Ravi Guddanti-Oracle this makes sense. But can you clarify further - how in background does this step enable all users to use SSO access to FAW? I see for scenario#2 , this is the only step mentioned for enabling SSO.

Hi,
We activated 2 instances (Dev and Prod) as part of our FDI licence for our client to be able to construct reports.
These instances has been created using the Password-based authentification. Today, our client wants us to give all the managers access to FDI with a data limitation access. After some research, we realized that no HCM users were synced with FDI… the only user I created, were manually created, and are not seen as current HCM users then. I read some documentation about the need to complete a SSO setup to manage how users from Fusion Apps can acess FDI… which is missing in our case. It's also said that this setup must be completed before the creation of the FDI instances… I think the scenario that applies to us is the N°2 because our client has a songle cloud account for fusion apps and FDI and offer an identity domain as well.
My question is the following : is there any way we can make this change for our instances ? If yes, how ? If not, what you be the alternative ?
