How can I possibly embed a report created from a data model in a dashboard?

I am currently having performance issues when using 'Sales CRM - Customers' subject area when creating an analysis in OTBI. I am thinking to do a workaround by creating a report based on a data model, but I don't know how I can embed it into a dashboard.

Hi,

After you develop the datamodel and the report on top of it you just create an OTBI Dashboard and select the report to be added to dashboard the same way you select an OTBI report to the OTBI dashboard

Regarding parameter passing (in case you use in BIP you can use presentation variables in Dashboard prompt but please keep in mind that this is a text passed not a datatype)
