Ability to use printer bursting logic for OIC (Web-Based) BIP Reports

We have a business requirement to implement printer bursting logic for an OIC based BIP report, current functionality does not allow for printer bursting to be used in OIC based BIP reports. Currently only SQL based reports can use printer bursting logic. This would allow for users to print reports out that are OIC based, currently a user must run an ESS job and get the PDF output then manually send the PDF to a printer which is time consuming. This limitation was confirmed by Oracle in SR 3-38361943661.
