Oracle Language Pack does not working in custom RTF templates even it is installed?

Hello, Good Day!

We are customizing the the template of a seeded template but when we re-upload the language pack doesn't work as it expected. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening in the custom templates.

You can use the existing translations in the <target> sections when you build your custom files.

Copy/Paste from the old file to the new one.

So you would only need to translate new values.

You can use the existing translations in the <target> sections when you build your custom files.
