Create a donut chart with conditional formatting in publisher RTF

Hello Team,

I would like to create donut charts in my RTF report where the measurement is formatted in red or green for measurement below or above a certain fixed value. However, I don't see the possibility, like for classic oracle analytics, to format within the graph. The only solution found consists in creating two graphs divided by conditional area. However, this results in empty spaces within my publisher report RTF.

Is there a solution to create this chart?
