We have one requirement, where we created one OTBI report and we want to give that report access to one of the China user. Could you please help me with the procedure

Depending upon the roles you have assigned to the user, you can assign those roles in the BI catalog and set the permissions accordingly.

Supposing you have a custom role called "Custom Fin user" role, and assigned seeded BI Consumer role to this user:

1. Login to BI as an Administrator
2. Click on Catalog
3. Click on More =⇒ Permissions under the respective report
4. Ensure that "Custom Fin User" role is there and at least "Read" and "Traverse" are set for this role
5. Please ensure that the same permissions are set for any of the folders/sub-folders under which this report is saved.
