SR 3-38319042191 : Oracle Time and Labor table HWM_TM_REC - DELETE_FLAG field

In Oracle ERP Cloud I want to use the table HWM_TM_REC to expose a report in my BI to Oracle Analytics Cloud.

However, I have seen that for some employees the table HWM_TM_REC shows DELETE_FLAG as 'Y' even if the time card is approved and the project cost has been imported.

Is there a way to manage this situation? If not, it would be great to have a way to overcome this issue.
