Users are offered different exporting options via the two options below, which has caused confusion. Would it be possible to make the options offered consistent?
Specifically, the three dots offer an export to .XLSX, whereas the boxed arrow does not.
@Andrew at MKL you may have already figured this out since this was posted last year but I just wanted to comment for anyone else experiencing this. Excel output is only available for individual visuals, not for the entire dashboard. You can get Excel output in the boxed arrow icon but to do this you need to click within the visual itself. I believe there is another idea somewhere in the idea lab to be able to export entire workbooks to Excel, but for now you will need to click within the visual you are wanting to export in order to get the Excel option in that export icon
