Supporting references in FDI Local Subject areas

Hi
Is it possible to get supporting references in to FDI Subject areas? I have managed to augment some, but they are only showing the description, not the value of the supporting references…
For example I get the description "Project Number" but not the actual project number.
Has anybody had any success with this?
Kind regards
Anders W Langholm

Hello @Anders W. Langholm,
Supporting References are available in OOTB Subject Areas as for example documented here:
In the title you mentioned Local Subject Areas and the use case for that would need to be understood and we would need to get more specifics on what you are seeing. Local Subject Areas are often used as a source for a dataset.

Sorry for the response time 😣
I'm getting deeper into understanding FDI and the possibilities, so hopefully I'll have a greater understanding now 🤞
The link you are refering to, prerequisites that you have Fusion Accounting Hub, which we don't… I have been told that you'd need an extra license, to actually use Fusion Accounting Hub, when I tried to enable it in FDIs features 😄
But I have discovered that all supporting references are available, if you do a data augmentation from the source table called FscmTopModelAM.FinExtractAM.XlaBiccExtractAM.SubledgerJournalLineExtractPVO.
The column called JournalEntryLineGlSlLinkId should be the key that matches the key in our Configurable Account Analysis on GL Subledger Link Identifier, but I am unable to connect them in any form of augmentation…
Anyone who has experience with augmenting Supporting Refences in?
I get no help from the support and the documentation is also not very helpful…😐️

Did you had any luck with this? Currently we are facing the same issue and supporting references are required in our CAA.

Hi @Paras Negi
No, there is still no luck with it - I'm currently waiting for some experts from Oracle Consulting to get back to me after I have tried to explain to them how we are using Supp Refs…
But apparently it's not just something that is out-of-the-box easy to do, or else I would imagine that someone would have been able to help me after a lot of video sessions with the support etc… 😄
