Is it true that oracle is planning to deprecate webservice datasets from BI Data Model? and if its true, what are all the dataset types that will be retained in the future?

According to the documentation, the Web Service option to create a data set in a Publisher data model is not deprecated and planned for desupport.

Your screenshots refers to data sources for the metadata repository (RPD), not Publisher data models.
