Custom Formula in OTBI Analysis

I need to create a formula based on the below requirement in OTBI analysis. Please help how to achieve this by giving a sample snippet.

(Employees in G1 Grade & above with National as AE + Employees in G2 & Below with National AE)/ (All Employees in G1 & above with All Nationalities + Employee in G2 & Below National AE)
