Subject Area Date/Time Refreshes in Data Folder

It would be very helpful to show the full date with time on the Datasets page for the Subject Areas as well as the Datasets. Currently it only shows the datasets with a date, and you need to inspect to see the full date / time. For Subject Areas - there is no information. There is confusion with the end users as to the time of the last refresh - so we are posting estimates but having the actual date/time would be much more sophisticated.
