We have a user who is unable to see any data in any of the payroll related Oracle OOTB reports. I've added all the HCM related data security assignment roles to one of the group assigned to the user. What else am I missing here regarding security?
Also all the required HCM business units, HCM ledgers, HCM legal employers etc security context values are added to the user.

To identify the missing Roles/root , you can cross check with working vs non-working user session log and see sub query where it will apply the security filter during data filtration.

@VishnuCh Is there any other user with same level of access as the problematic user who is able to see the Payroll Data as expected?
Can you check if adding "HCM View All Data Security" Data role to the user helps in this case?
I already added the HCM View All Data Security, but still there was no data showing up for the user. I checked the sub query in the session log and in the query, it was considering some details like SEC_OBJ_CODE for SEC_HCM_DEPARTMENT_LIST, SEC_HCM_LEGAL_EMPLOYER_LIST, SEC_HCM_COUNTRY_LIST, SEC_HCM_BUSINESSUNIT_LIST from a table called SEC_SECURE_BY_OBJ_MEMBER_USER.
For this user, in security assignments, only for HCM Business Units and HCM Legal Employers, some values are currently assigned. There were no HCM Departments or HCM Country security values assigned. Would this be the issue here?
The HCM Departments and HCM Country values which are missing in the security assignments is the issue here. The user is now able to see data once the appropriate departments and country is assigned to her. Thank you.
