We recently enabled Enterprise contract feature in FDI and noticed discrepancies in total contract count between FDI and OTBI. Oracle support confirmed that FDI only includes contract status of Active, Close, and Expired. We'd like to request that Oracle considers including contracts that are in Pending Approval, Pending Signature, Sent for Signature status to enable a more complete reporting/metrics for our business users. By having visibility and ability to measure to the entire contract lifecycle from contract initiation to fully executed contract, users will be able to analyze, identify and take necessary actions/steps where contracts may need additional attention.
