The IDCS does not appear from the Manage Users

We have administrator users with the FAW Service Administrator group, these are users that will also manage the FDI security. However, when they click on the Manage Users option they should be directed to the Identity Cloud Service but the application does not appear. What do I need to relate to these users?

you should be an part of IDCS administrator group to view the page. Ask your admin to add your id to view the page.
