Enable More Secure and Current SSH Cipher suites

Currently BIP only handles the following cipher suites :
https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/otbi/otbi-pub-admin/ssh-options-sftp.html.
There are many missing advances and more secure suites from this list. This idea is to add a more robust and secure list of ciphers to BIP functionality.
An example missing suite is :
