Updated Headcount & New Hire Retention measures

The out-of-the-box Headcount Retention and New Hire Retention measures are calculated by subtracting Headcount Turnover from 100 (The opposite of Turnover rate).
Based on the Oracle article below and my business team's requirements it should be calculated using this formula:
Employee retention rate = [ (number of employees at end of period – number of new employees during period) / number of employees at start of period ] × 100
The current OOTB measure for retention is not usable for us as it currently exists and will require us to create our own custom measure.
