Dashboard Prompt Not Updating Analysis Table

I'm having an issue with my dashboard setup. I have a dashboard that includes a prompt and an analysis. However, when I select a value on my prompt, the table in my analysis does not update accordingly.
For reference, I followed this tutorial where the prompt dropdown is positioned to the left of the analysis: Tutorial Video.
Despite following the steps closely, I can't figure out why the table doesn't filter when I select an option on my prompt. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve this?
When I select a value from JourneyNamePrompt I want to filter the results in BOTestTableView.

These are my prompt settings, I'm using the Allocated Checklist.Checklist Name field in the Workforce Management - Checklist Real Time subject area.

When I select a value on the left dropdown I'm expecting to see the right dropdown to update as well as the data in my table but nothing is happening. Why is this? Is there a configuration I'm missing?

hi it doesn't matter where it is positioned on the dashboard - the prompt column needs to be as a filter in the analysis for it to pass through.

ie If your prompt is on the column "journey name", then in your analysis apply a filter "Journey name is prompted"….then then value from the prompt will pass through.

Note - even if you have a filter on the analysis say Journey Name = 'X', then if have a dashboard prompt for journey, this will still override the 'X' and replace with the prompt value. - if you dont want this to happen, protect the filter

    Hi @Controlcard,

Can you please check the following and see if there's any betterment?

    • Have you done 'Allocated Checklist.Checklist Name' as 'is prompted' in your analysis 'BOTestTableView'?
    • Have you pressed the button 'Apply' after selecting the prompt value from the 'left dropdown'?

    Hope this help.

    Cheers,
