Is there a reporting field available that represents the date that a job posting was sent to a Staffing Agency to invite them to submit candidates?

Hi ~ I'm looking for a date associated to when the "Invite Agents" action is taken. I don't see the date displayed anywhere on the screen or even in the UI, therefore not sure if it is being captured for reporting.
