Yes.

Edit based on Gabby Rubin's correction:
1. Any feature that require Console access is limited as FDI is a Saas product.
2. Features in FDI are released a few months after as OAC is a Paas product.

1. Yes - Contextual Insights will be available for OAS 2025.
2. OAS 2025 and the content available will be announced on the community website first half 2025 under safe harbor. (Please be sure to subscribe to the news and announcements by email)
